How to use your Renowned Hotels and Resorts Credit

1. Book through Renowned Hotels and Resorts Choose an eligible participating hotel through Renowned Hotels and Resorts for United Cardmembers.

2. Choose a prepaid booking Select the Pay Now option so the hotel stay is prepaid through the program.

3. Pay with your United Club Card Use your United Club Card for the qualifying prepaid hotel booking.

4. Get the statement credit Chase will automatically apply statement credits for eligible prepaid Renowned Hotels and Resorts bookings, up to your annual allowance.

• Up to $200 in statement credits per account anniversary year
• Applies to eligible prepaid hotel accommodations booked through Renowned Hotels and Resorts
• Eligible bookings may also include program benefits such as:

  • A $100 property credit
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi

  • Early check-in and late checkout when available

Good to know

• The stay must be booked through Renowned Hotels and Resorts for United Cardmembers.
• You must choose Pay Now and prepay for the eligible stay.
• The benefit is based on your account anniversary year, not the calendar year.
• Statement credits generally post within 6–8 weeks.
• A delayed transaction posting date may cause the purchase to count toward the following anniversary year's allowance.
• Your card account must remain open and not in default when the benefit is fulfilled.
