How to use your Wireless Credit

  1. Enroll in the benefit Activate the Wireless Credit through American Express.

  2. Pay your wireless provider directly Use your Business Platinum Card for an eligible wireless telephone service purchase made directly with a U.S. wireless provider.

  3. Keep the card as your payment method Charge the eligible monthly wireless service purchase to your enrolled Business Platinum Card.

  4. Get the statement credit American Express will automatically apply statement credits for qualifying wireless purchases, up to the monthly allowance.
