How to use your Rideshare Credit

Enroll in the benefit Activate the rideshare credit through Chase before using it.

Use an eligible rideshare service Take a qualifying rideshare trip during the month.

Pay with your United Quest Card Use your United Quest Card for the eligible rideshare purchase.

Get the statement credit Chase will automatically apply statement credits for qualifying rideshare purchases, up to the monthly allowance.
What you get
- Up to $8 back per month from January through November
- Up to $12 back in December
- Up to $100 total per calendar year
Good to know
- Enrollment is required.
- The benefit starts after enrollment and applies to eligible purchases made from that point forward.
- Statement credits are based on the month in which the rideshare transaction posts.
- If a transaction posts after the end of the month, it may count toward the following month's allowance.
- Unused monthly value does not roll over.
- Statement credits may take several weeks to appear.
- UseIt tracks each monthly allowance separately, including the higher December allowance.
