How to use your StubHub Credit

  1. Activate the benefit Activate the StubHub benefit through Chase before making a qualifying purchase.

  2. Buy through StubHub or viagogo Make an eligible ticket purchase directly through StubHub, the StubHub app, viagogo or the viagogo app.

  3. Pay with your Sapphire Reserve Use your Chase Sapphire Reserve for the qualifying purchase.

  4. Get the statement credit Chase will automatically apply statement credits up to the available amount for the current six-month period.

What you get

  • Up to $150 in statement credits from January through June
  • Another $150 from July through December
  • Up to $300 total per calendar year

Good to know

  • Activation is required.
  • Gift card purchases do not qualify.
  • The benefit is shared across eligible StubHub and viagogo purchases.
  • Unused first-half value does not carry into the second half of the year.
  • Statement credits generally post quickly but Chase says they may take up to four weeks.
  • The benefit is currently available through December 31, 2027.
